We do not typically offer returns or refunds. However, we may consider a refund or replacement only if the service provided did not function as intended.

6.8. All sales are final on MessyModdingStore and there are no refunds unless the item is not delivered or not as described. If this is the case, the Buyer will receive a full refund. The Buyer can request a refund by going to the order page and filling in a complaint. Alternatively, the Buyer can contact 24/7 Live Support on the bottom right corner of the Site. The refund can take up to 1 week to process.
6.9. Chargeback policy. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the Seller and received by the Buyer, orders are considered Completed, both parties are satisfied, and the sale is final. Customers who issue chargebacks for Completed orders will be permanently banned from the Site. If you face an issue with a non-Completed order – contact the MessyModdingStore support team instead of issuing a chargeback.
